About MANZI

MANZI has knitted hosiery since 1997. The maker's own site describes a knitting floor in Yiwu, Zhejiang, with machines from Italy, Japan and Germany, a team of more than a thousand people, and exports to Germany, Italy, the United States, Australia, Spain and Belgium. Those are the maker's words, read on 5 September 2026, and this page prints them as the maker's words.

What the people behind MANZI do here is narrower and more useful: the whole lineup in one place, every pair described by the numbers on its pack. Denier first, because denier decides what a pair is for. Then the waist, the foot, the shade and the number of pairs in the pack. Every size of every shade has its own page and its own price, and the price is updated on a schedule that is printed in the footer.

Where the numbers on this site come from

The denier, the fibre content, the pack count and the care line come from the maker's pack and page. The pages print a number only when the maker printed it first. Where the maker names no denier, the pair carries a word instead, sheer or opaque, and no invented figure.

What a pair of tights cannot do

A 15 denier sheer will run on a ring. A control top holds the stomach flat but is not shapewear. A support pair at 30 denier is a firmer knit, not a medical compression garment. Fleece-lined tights are too warm for a heated office. The pages say this where it matters, because a pair bought for the wrong day is a pair returned.

How the benches are sorted

The eight benches follow how a pair is knitted: sheer, opaque, dance, fleece-lined, thigh highs, knee highs and socks, patterned and fishnet, and girls' tights. Within each bench the filters are built from facts on the pack: denier, shade family, size, foot, waist, pattern and pack count. There is no filter for a mood.
