Girls' pairs are sized by age band, 4 to 6, 7 to 10 and 11 to 14 on most styles, and the knit is a softer microfiber than the adult opaques because it is worn for eight hours of school and climbing. The MANZI lineup for girls has the same four jobs as the adult benches: a plain opaque for school, a convertible for the ballet class, a fleece-lined pair for the coat months and the patterned pairs for a party.
A girls' pair is not a smaller adult pair. The waistband is wider and lower, the gusset is longer, and the age band is a starting point, not a rule: a tall nine-year-old wears the 11 to 14. The pack of three exists because one pair will meet a playground before the term is out.
Pick by height first and age second. Each band prints its height range on the pack. If the child is at the top of a band, take the next one.
